This is my personal blog. By personal- I mean things of interest other than business, marketing and entrepreneurship. For that (and much more)- please visit my other website- ChasingTheStorm. ChasingTheStorm is where I post more frequently. There are only so many hours in a day and no matter how I’d like to post everywhere, I attach more value to original content than slapstick and cut and paste.

Why have different blogs?
Well, like most other people, there are different facets to my personality. And I think it is best to keep separate content platforms for different interest areas. Helps to meet expectations.
So what will this blog cover?
This blog was started in June 2009. Soon after, MJ passed away. But trust me- this blog had nothing to do with it.
Anyways, in all practicality, the blog came to life in September 2009- and has been sparsely populated till now. But hopefully, you will see more stuff.
The blog will cover topics like music, guitar tablature and chording, songwriting, movie critique, travel experiences, sports, pop culture and the likes. It will also have stuff about my adopted country Singapore; my home country India; and about being a global citizen. As always, it is straight from the heart. Hence the name.
Any other websites or are two enough?
Erm…I run another blog- on Natural lifestyle. The site “Maati” was started in 2004 as a hobby by me- it gave me a chance to propagate a natural lifestyle- and get my hands dirty with CSS and elements of Web designing. At one point of time, it had a huge and buzzing forum- so much so that it became hacker magnet. Since 2008 though, the addition of a blog had created a community of different kind (than a forum). With 250 active Feed Readers, it is a joy to have that site up and running- and I do attempt at least one post a month. Not enough I know- but well, so is life. Send me some love on that one- and I promise to do one post just for you.
These sites are not just an exercise in narcissism. As you might have realized by now- I HEART content, collaborating and reaching out. These sites provide intense learning, knowledge and hands-on understanding on many real issues. Not just in areas that I create content on- but even in the sphere of business and marketing. Gives me insights on what content works better than others. And in turn helps me practice what I preach. Of course a great joy is that collaboration opens numerous possibilities.
